Bill Crossen, a graduate of Iowa State University, in Mechanical Engineering started his career with Douglas Aircraft in Long Beach, CA. He then moved to Davenport, Iowa where he established a company by the name of Formco Special Tools. Bill later sold this company to one of his employees and started another company, Environtech. This company designed and installed various environmental cleaning systems in fortune 500 companies around the world.
After many trips to Singapore, South America and other far away places, Bill moved to the Coachella Valley with the idea of retirement. Not one to sit still for long, Bill was up for another challenge; Bill studied for his Realtor license and went to work for Tarbell Realtors.
